Here is a sample script to integrate with other web systems (Script_SearchforCLIonRing.zip)
This script file will launch new Internet Explorer when incoming call received, it will search for the Caller-ID on www.bing.com, you can simply replace the "www.bing.com" with your CRM, HelpDesk or other web system to inquiry about the Caller Based on his Caller-ID, Caller-Name, Called-ID, Called-Name, etc..

To Implement it follow below steps:
1- Close InFinity SoftPhone using Exit Menu
2- Download Script_SearchforCLIonRing.zip
3- Extract Script.vbs into Softphone installation folder by replacing old one, default is: "C:\Program Files\TeleFinity\InFinity Softphone\"
4- Launch InFinity Softphone
